Ready-Set-Mutate!

In Ready-Set-Mutate! You play as a Mutant who can access superhero mutations under stress, but can't really control what that mutation will be. 

It's a simple d6 system and is incredibly easy to pick up. Just shout "Mutate!" and your character gets new abilities. I can't promise that the ability will be good though.
